How to heat food with this food container:
Step 1: Add the food or directly insert the food pack into the first layer
Step 2: Place the heating pad on the bottom of the container. Then add water
Step 3: Cover the container with a lid but do not close. The food will start to heat up immediately. Wait for 10 min

CAUTION :: PRECAUTION HEATING PAD
1) Do not use hot water or sea water! No hot water! No sea water!
2) Keep the heating pad out of the fire! Stay away from fire!
3) Do not touch the heating pad with wet hands after opening,Do not touch heat pad with wet hand after opening the plastic cover
4) Do not tear the heating pad cloth. Do not tear the non-wovens
5) Always ensure ventilation while using this heating pad. Do not use indoors. Always ensure ventilation during the use of heat pack. Do not use in confined space
